Fin gets it. Even after the USA's 2010 World Cup run ended, she painted up her hand as a flag, got on her jersey and went to the Crew game to cheer on her team. Soccer is in the USA forever now.
Sorry kids, I couldn't get the HTML5 viewer to embed. Please watch on the YouTube page and click on the soccer ball for the proper, vuvuzela-enhanced experience. Crew fans, note the beautiful Robbie Rogers corner kick. See y'all at either Crew Stadium or Studio 35 for the Ghana game on Saturday.
Friday: Extract 1 pint of blood. Park for soccer in rain (play with ducks instead). Replace blood with Southern Tier Pumking spicy pumpkin ale.
Saturday: Rain, soccer, mud, 4yr-old meltdown (all three at once) and basement windows.
Sunday: More soccer, this time in the sun, basement windows.
Outcomes: One good soccer game. One bad. Two new basement windows. iPhone photos of the Turkey Duck of the Whetstone Casting Pond and my rigged-up arm (courtesy of TiltShift Generator and Best Camera, respectively). The Crew clinch a playoff berth. Celtic at the top of the table.

Bobby had a great time with Michael, Gordon and I, it being buck-a-brat night and all.
