This guy went to high school today. He switched to a pink shirt and a blue, flower-print bow-tie, which led to all kinds of Dr. Who questions (answer: "No, the Doctor wears a tweed jacket and a red or blue bow tie. I've got all that, but just not today.")

Yep. She did. And with a painting she finished a day before the drop off deadline at the fair. Major credit to Ellie too, as she got two third place ribbons (pen and ink and painting) in the 3rd-8th grade group as a 3rd grader.
You can't imagine the joy on this boy's face making noise with this thing. It may in fact, see him through the hard work that is ahead.
Our first and only year in the big school all together. Fin is worried about the new teacher. Ellie is raring to go having made it though the entirely wasted year of Second Grade at Immaculate Conception. Joey is also worried, as he has a zombie robot for a teacher and doesn't know who is in his class. Bobby thinks he won't get in trouble for his hair if he's well behaved.
